Just gonna mention 1 I think would be a poor choice, Eve would be bad at this too. She's all full of spite and malice, and those nearby her can be hurt be spikes of hate (or maybe just give them a nasty itch).

Kat: She's attractive, arguably the most attractive champ, and if people get out of hand she can Bouncing Blade and Death Lotus peoples pants off so they get embraced and leave.
Soraka: If people get mad at Kat for ripping their pants off she can heal them, and silence them so they stop yelling.
If things don't get out of hand, I'm sure they could be nice, at least Soraka could be.
