Well done guys!

Atmogs is an interesting subject. What I would like to know is whether that dmg is added to base dmg (thus not scaling w/ most abilities) or added to bonus dmg (which does scale with most abilities). Something I've always wondered which that I haven't been able to find a clear answer to.
