What are you talking about "they need to rework kassadin"
They've reworked kassadin and he's in a good place right now. He's not insanely mobile really, he's probably on par if not worse than the likes of lee/leblanc.

I second the Kassadin comment. Riot crapped all over him for 4 patches in a row because they refused to nerf his Riftwalk, then they increase his Ulti stack reset to 20 seconds, up from 12 which is devastating and didn't revert any of his other nerfs to his Q and W. Now he's rarely if ever picked at all in pro play.
